Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced enterprise customer success managers to help train an AI language model on professional presentations and slide decks. The role targets candidates with 4+ years running QBRs and executive reviews for enterprise accounts, delivering high-quality PowerPoint craftsmanship and precise written communication.

The work is fully remote and flexible, with a commitment of 5–20 hours per week or more if desired.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company.
• Track record of building and delivering executive business reviews.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Train AI model on enterprise presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Conduct executive sponsor updates, renewal business cases, and success plan presentations.
