Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to ensure high-value customers with Signature Success Plan achieve significant ROI from the platform. The CSM acts as a trusted advisor, bridging business needs with technical delivery and managing executive relationships across IT and business leadership.

Note: This role is office-flexible and in-office presence is expected a minimum of three days per week; this is not a remote position.

Formación

• 10+ years in Customer Success, SaaS, and Marketing operations.
• Excellent communication to translate tech issues into business terms.
• Willingness to learn with mentors and grow professionally.
• Experience as a Salesforce trusted advisor driving value.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery of Signature deliverables and overall customer experience.
• Coordinate Signature lifecycle deliverables and manage customer experience.
• Align business value with technical goals for the Signature offer.
• Build strategic success plans with stakeholders and drive innovation.
• Lead major incidents to protect peak revenue and customer trust.
• Foster relationships with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.
• Develop client engagement plans and proactive communications.
