Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to ensure high-value customers achieve ROI with the Signature plan.

You will act as a trusted advisor, align technical issues with business goals, and manage the lifecycle of the Signature engagement across teams. You will build strong executive relationships, drive adoption of Marketing Cloud tools, and oversee quarterly reviews, health checks, and renewal opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience in Customer Success, SaaS platforms, and Marketing operations.
• Strong ability to facilitate discussions, handle objections, and translate business goals into product experiences.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical issues to diverse audiences and translate technical concepts into business terms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of customer accountability for Signature deliverables, experience, renewal and expansion.
• Coordinate all Signature deliverables and oversee the lifecycle experience.
• Act as trusted advisor and align business value with customer goals and Signature offerings.
• Lead major incidents to protect peak revenue and partner with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.
