Zusammenfassung

Redpoint Global Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager to join our Customer Success team, reporting to the Chief Customer Officer.

You will own a mixed portfolio of enterprise and mid-market customers, driving retention, renewals, and product adoption across your book. You will lead onboarding, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities while ensuring a seamless customer experience from post-sales handoff to steady-state.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Experience managing a book of enterprise and mid-market accounts with retention/renewal results.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders (executive sponsors) at enterprise customers.

Aufgaben

• Build and execute strategic account plans with clear success criteria and value milestones.
• Lead regular Business Reviews linking usage to business outcomes and surface expansion opportunities.
• Own onboarding and drive ongoing adoption with health checks and outcome reviews.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Sales, Services, Support, Product) to deliver for the customer.
• Own renewal motion for each account: forecast accurately and surface churn risk early.
