Redpoint Global is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager to own a portfolio of customers, drive retention and renewals, and promote product adoption across industries. You will coordinate onboarding, manage executive relationships, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role focuses on data readiness, identity resolution, and AI-ready data strategies to enable personalized experiences at scale.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in customer success or account management.
• Ability to manage enterprise and mid-market accounts with retention/renewal results.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders (executive sponsors).
• Experience leading renewal conversations.
• Ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams (Sales, Services, Support, Product).
• Independent planning and prioritization of a book of business.

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute strategic account plans with clear success criteria and milestones.
• Lead regular business reviews tying usage to outcomes and surface expansion opportunities.
• Be the trusted advisor on use cases and product capabilities for customers.
• Own onboarding and drive ongoing adoption with structured engagement and cadence.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experience.
• Identify and progress expansion opportunities with Sales.
• Own renewal motion, forecast accurately, and mitigate churn risk.
• Surface customer feedback to Product and prioritize new features.
• Escalate risks early and mitigate across teams.
• Develop fluency in Redpoint solutions to advise on data and AI use cases.
