Job summary

BetMGM LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives across Customer Operations and related teams in a fast-paced environment. You’ll shape requirements, coordinate a multi-disciplinary portfolio, and deliver with structure where ambiguity thrives.

You will embed with Customer Operations, risk, and payments while partnering with product, engineering, and compliance to ensure timely, high-impact outcomes. Strong PM background and governance are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project/program/delivery management or operations.
• Experience in sports betting, gaming, or other regulated industries.
• Exposure to Customer Care, Risk, Payment Operations is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery to execution.
• Strong stakeholder management with influence without authority.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Knowlege of PM frameworks, delivery practices, and risk management.
• Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools for delivery, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with PM platforms like Asana, Workfront, JIRA or similar.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on approach and attention to detail.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Not eligible for immigration-related sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, operations, product, engineering, compliance, and vendors to shape initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and document end-to-end requirements and translate them into scope, deliverables, milestones, and plans.
• Establish scope, success criteria, timelines, and implementation plans.
• Own delivery of cross-disciplinary initiatives and manage dependencies and risks.
• Facilitate planning sessions, retros, and working groups across time zones.
• Support management of a Customer Operations and AI project portfolio with visibility and alignment.
• Develop contingency plans and monitor risks; adjust strategies as needed.
• Design lightweight processes to keep work moving and reduce red tape.
• Identify ownership gaps and act as connective tissue across teams.
• Provide delivery leadership without direct authority; influence stakeholders with empathy.
