Job summary

BetMGM LLC is seeking a seasoned Senior Portfolio Manager to join its PMO, overseeing digital initiatives and aligning programs with strategic goals. You will partner with P&L owners, optimize portfolio governance, and drive execution excellence across BetMGM, Entain, and MGM where applicable.

The role requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across a wide network of stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or portfolio management in a digital or technology driven environment.
• Ability to influence without authority, negotiate across senior stakeholder groups and lead through change in a matrixed organization.
• Strong leadership, diplomacy, and motivational skills with experience leading across business and technology teams.
• Deep understanding of change management principles and their application in complex environments.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to strategically influence, build coalitions, and motivate action across executive and cross-functional audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to connect portfolio decisions to financial outcomes, experience operating across enterprise or multi-entity organizational boundaries.
• Collaborative and inclusive mindset with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
• Experience with PMO functions, governance models, and portfolio management frameworks.
• Experience in iGaming, sports betting, or a related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders, product management, engineering, operations, and finance teams.
• Lead portfolio governance and provide data-driven decision support to executives.
• Define and evolve the portfolio roadmap with value-based prioritization and resource planning.
• Monitor portfolio health, risks, interdependencies, and benefits realization.
• Collaborate with program and project managers to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain business cases and charters for initiatives.
