BetMGM LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to join the PMO, overseeing digital initiatives across the portfolio and aligning programs with strategic business outcomes. You will drive execution, improve visibility, and enable business units to achieve financial and customer success goals.

You will shape portfolio governance, manage cross‑functional programs, and guide investment and resourcing decisions across BetMGM, Entain, and MGM where applicable.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program or portfolio management in a digital or technology driven environment.
• Proven ability to influence without authority, negotiate across senior stakeholder groups and lead through change in a matrixed organization.
• Strong leadership, diplomacy, and motivational skills with experience leading across business and technology teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead portfolio governance frameworks and drive alignment with strategic outcomes.
• Manage portfolio roadmap; prioritize initiatives based on value, dependencies, and resources.
• Define portfolio success metrics and provide regular reporting to executives.
• Drive program delivery across business units from concept to execution within scope, time, and budget.
• Develop and evolve governance models, standards, and operating procedures for the PMO.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and finance to ensure cross‑functional alignment.
• Influence stakeholders, build coalitions, and communicate clearly to drive action across teams.
