BetMGM LLC is seeking a Project Manager to thrive in ambiguity, bring structure to cross-functional initiatives, and enable fast-moving, high-impact work within Customer Operations and beyond.

You will shape requirements, coordinate across product, engineering, and compliance, and drive clarity and momentum in a dynamic, high-growth environment while partnering with teams across time zones.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to manage programs across multiple disciplines.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Experience turning ambiguous needs into actionable scope and plans.
• Excellent risk management and contingency planning skills.
• Able to drive structure in fast-moving, complex environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define end-to-end requirements and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Own delivery of cross-functional initiatives and manage dependencies and risks.
• Facilitate planning sessions, retros, and cross-team working groups across time zones.
• Build and manage a portfolio of Customer Operations and related initiatives.
