Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within iGaming, digital entertainment, or other high‑scale consumer platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, multi‑team initiatives with structure and direction.
• Advanced strategic thinking to translate market and regulatory dynamics into actionable product strategy.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Proven success solving complex product or operational problems and guiding teams through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic product initiatives within the Gaming portfolio, defining goals, requirements, and success measures.
• Drive end‑to‑end execution of high‑impact Gaming features with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria balancing customer needs, feasibility, and compliance.
• Provide strong cross‑functional leadership to align stakeholders across teams and dependencies.
• Analyze product performance to identify opportunities and elevate engagement and satisfaction.
• Communicate product strategy and progress to senior leaders using data‑driven narratives.
• Identify and mitigate risks with contingency plans for predictable delivery.
• Contribute to evolving product management practices within the Gaming team.
