Job summary

Caesars Digital is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive complex initiatives within our Sports Betting and iGaming product platforms. You will partner with Technology feature teams and business leaders to deliver solutions that meet strategic goals and customer needs.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, manage roadmaps, and oversee risk, status reporting, and change management to ensure successful, on-time delivery in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager.
• Knowledge of SDLC and IT delivery approaches such as Agile, Scaled Agile, LeSS.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships with internal/external customers.
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage 3rd party partners.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on project management with Technology feature teams and business leaders.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads and stakeholders to align delivery to go-to-market plans and product roadmap.
• Produce project management deliverables: plans, resource plans, risk and change management plans.
• Define project goals and KPIs/OKRs and communicate to stakeholders and teams.
• Provide visibility into project status via dashboards and status reports.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely blockers removal to keep projects on track.
• Raise blockers to empowered leaders to unblock projects and turn green.
• Hold teams accountable for timely delivery of tasks.
• Participate in testing to validate requirements are met and coordinate approvals.
