BetMGM LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Customer Operations, Product, and Compliance. You will shape initiatives from concept to execution, document requirements, and establish clear scopes and timelines.

The role demands strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and a hands-on, structured approach. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in PM/delivery roles, familiarity with agile environments, and hands-on experience with Asana/JIRA.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, delivery management, or operations.
• Experience in sports betting, gaming, or regulated industries preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence without authority.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and driving outcomes in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Workfront, JIRA or similar tools.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Partner with business, operations, product, engineering, compliance, and vendor teams to shape initiatives from concept through execution.
• Gather, analyze, and document end-to-end business, operational, and technical requirements to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into clearly defined scope, requirements, deliverables, milestones, and project plans.
• Establish project scope, success criteria, timelines, and implementation plans before work enters execution.
• Own the delivery of initiatives that span multiple disciplines and manage dependencies, risks, and cross-functional alignment.
• Facilitate planning sessions, retros, and working groups across time zones and departments.
