Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced CRM Customer Success Manager (CSM) to act as a strategic consultant for our life sciences clients. You will collaborate with product, support, sales, services, and business consulting teams to maximize customers’ Veeva investments.

In this role, you will drive data-driven, consultative engagement with strategic customers, influencing product roadmaps and ensuring successful adoption across regions and time zones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of CRM consulting experience (Veeva CRM, Vault CRM or similar).
• Proven track record as a strategic, trusted advisor to customers.
• Ability to interpret and present complex concepts to Business and IT audiences.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation of customer information (usage data, requirements).
• Self-starter with the ability to own ongoing customer success.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• Based in Europe with ability to work across time-zones.

Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with customers and understand their initiatives, goals, success criteria, milestones, and culture.
• Align with key stakeholders across Commercial and Medical to strengthen CRM management program.
• Educate customers about CRM products, services, and operating model.
• Evaluate how customers use Veeva CRM and identify efficiency gains.
• Demonstrate CRM capabilities, use-cases, best practices, and address gaps.
• Act as product team liaison to bring back customer insights for roadmapping.
• Guide customers on best practices to optimize CRM releases and governance.
• Influence and drive change within customer organizations.
