Job summary

Life Space Digital is seeking a Director of Business Development in Chicago to expand strategic partnerships with top commercial real estate owners and operators. You will leverage an existing CRE network to open doors, accelerate deals, and close multi-site partnerships across national markets.

You will drive outbound prospecting, manage a high-velocity pipeline, and articulate compelling value propositions to C-suite stakeholders, with uncapped incentives and a strong emphasis on relationship

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in business development or enterprise sales with CRE focus.
• Warm network with senior CRE decision-makers.
• Proven ability to close multi-site CRE deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new CRE opportunities across markets.
• Leverage warm CRE relationships to accelerate cycles and close deals.
• Manage a high-activity pipeline with strong conversion metrics.
