Life Space Digital in San Francisco is seeking a Director of Business Development to scale partnerships with top CRE owners and operators. You will leverage an extensive CRE network to open doors, accelerate deals, and close multi-site agreements across national markets.

You will manage a high-velocity pipeline, craft compelling value scenarios for executive leadership, and collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of business development or enterprise sales targeting CRE owners/operators.
• Proven quota attainment through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
• Pre-existing warm network of senior CRE decision-makers with first-name basis access.
• Proven track record converting CRE relationships into multi-site agreements.
• Executive presence and polished communication with C-suite audiences.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building from the ground up.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned CRE markets.
• Leverage existing CRE networks to accelerate deal cycles and close multi-site partnerships.
• Manage a high-activity pipeline with strong conversion metrics and deal velocity.
• Close long-term multi-site agreements through consultative selling and value demonstration.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and sales processes.
• Provide market intelligence on landlord priorities and competitive landscape.
