You will identify opportunities, engage top CRE decision-makers, and collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and growth strategies across major U.S. markets.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of business development or enterprise sales in CRE.
• Proven quota attainment through high-activity prospecting and relationships.
• Executive presence to engage C-suite in major property groups.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned CRE markets.
• Leverage warm CRE network to accelerate deal cycles and close multi-site partnerships.
• Manage high-activity pipeline with strong conversion and velocity.
• Close long-term, multi-site agreements through consultative selling.
