Job summary

Life Space Digital is seeking a Director of Business Development with established relationships in top CRE property groups. You will leverage a warm network to open doors, accelerate deal cycles, and close multi-site partnerships across key U.S. markets.

Responsibilities include driving outbound prospecting, managing a high-velocity pipeline, and translating introductions into signed long-term agreements. Collaboration with internal teams and market intelligence are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of business development or enterprise sales experience focused on commercial real estate (office, multifamily, or mixed-use)
• Proven quota attainment through high-activity prospecting and relationship building
• Pre-existing warm network of senior decision-makers at top CRE property groups
• Executive presence and polished communication with C-suite and senior leadership
• Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned markets
• Leverage an existing CRE network to accelerate deal cycles and drive partnership growth
• Manage a high-activity pipeline with strong conversion metrics and deal velocity
• Close long-term, multi-site agreements through consultative selling and value demonstration
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and improve sales processes
• Provide market intelligence on landlord priorities, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
