Life Space Digital is hiring a Director of Business Development to leverage an established CRE network and close multi-site partnerships across top U.S. markets.

You will target asset managers, portfolio directors, and property leadership to accelerate deal cycles and drive strategic growth. The role requires 5–7 years in enterprise sales within CRE, a proven ability to attain quota, and a warm, executive-level network.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of business development or enterprise sales within CRE.
• Proven quota attainment through high-activity prospecting.
• Warm network of senior CRE decision-makers.
• Proven track record converting CRE relationships into signed, multi-site agreements.
• Executive presence with C-suite communication.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building from the ground up.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
