Life Space Digital is reshaping the out-of-home media landscape through digital screens in office, multifamily, and retail environments. We seek a Director, Business Development with deep CRE relationships to open doors, accelerate deal cycles, and close multi-site partnerships across major U.S. markets.

You will leverage your warm network with asset managers and portfolio directors, manage a high-activity pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams while presenting to C-suite leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of business development or enterprise sales in CRE.
• Proven success in quota attainment with warm accounts and referrals.
• Warm network of senior CRE decision-makers and ownership groups.

• Identify and pursue opportunities across assigned markets.
• Leverage existing CRE relationships to accelerate deals.
• Manage a high-activity pipeline with strong conversion metrics.
• Close long-term, multi-site agreements through consultative selling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and processes.
• Provide market intelligence on landlord priorities and competition.
