UMB Bank is seeking a part-time Trust Administrator/Associate Relationship Manager to support a portfolio of trustee relationships in a remote setting. The role involves client relationship management, complex administrative duties, and collaboration with legal and compliance teams to ensure smooth trust operations.

Responsibilities include fee processing, transaction oversight, and reporting, with opportunities to participate in cross-functional projects and mentor junior staff.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of related financial and/or customer relationship management experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• CCTS Certified Corporate Trust Specialist preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with client relationships across levels and assign responsibilities.
• Setup issues on systems, prepare accounts for compliance review, respond to exceptions.
• Resolve complex administrative issues for senior client staff.
• Support clients outside assigned group when needed.
• Operate independently to service clients and resolve complex issues.
• Oversee day-to-day trust operations including billing, transactions, and payments.
• Serve as subject matter expert and represent team in projects and efficiencies.
• Provide mentorship to staff and Associate Relationship Manager.
• Propose new business for approval by corporate trust leadership.
• Price business according to account structure with BD officer input.
• Review legal documents for operational mechanics.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance on document provisions.
• Cross-train to learn other corporate trust roles.
