UMB Bank is seeking a part-time, remote role within Corporate Trust to support a diverse client base with trustee relationships. You will handle complex administrative tasks, billing, and payments while ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and guidance to staff. A Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related experience is typical; Master’s and CCTS certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of related financial and/or customer relationship management experience
• Master's Degree preferred
• CCTS Certified Corporate Trust Specialist preferred

Responsabilités

• Interacts with all levels of customer relationships
• Ensure accurate/timely setup of issues on all systems and prepare accounts for compliance review
• Resolves complex administrative issues and supports senior staff
• Provide day-to-day support for institutional/corporate trust accounts including billing and transactions
• Operate independently to service clients and resolve complex issues
• Participate in cross training to learn other Corporate Trust roles
• Review legal documents to ensure operational mechanics are correct
• Work with legal/compliance to negotiate document provisions
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff
• Generate and follow up on payments and funds transfers
• Submit new business for approval by the senior leadership team
