Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a remote, part-time Corporate Trust Associate to provide medium to complex support for trustee relationships across U.S. clients.

The role involves interfacing with diverse client relationships and handling day-to-day operations, including billing, transactions, and compliance tasks. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 5 years of related financial or client-relations experience; a Master’s or CCTS certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of related financial and/or customer relationship management experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• CCTS Certified Corporate Trust Specialist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medium to complex support to assigned group of clients with trustee relationships.
• Interact with all levels of customer relationships.
• Prepare accounts for compliance review and respond to compliance exceptions.
• Resolve complex administrative issues and support senior client staff.
• Manage day-to-day support for institutional/corporate trust accounts including billing, transactions, and payments.
• Serve as subject matter expert in ongoing projects.
