UMB Bank, Remote/Part-time, is seeking a professional to provide medium to complex support for a group of trustee clients. You will interact with all levels of client relationships and ensure accurate setup of issues, preparing accounts for compliance reviews and responding to exceptions.

The role handles day-to-day institutional trust operations, including billing, fee recommendations, transaction closures, cash/investment activity, and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of related financial and/or customer relationship management experience.
• Master’s Degree (preferred).
• CCTS Certified Corporate Trust Specialist (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Interacts with all levels of customer relationships.
• Responsible for accurate/timely setup of issues on all systems and preparing accounts for compliance review.
• Resolves complex administrative issues and provides support to senior level client staff.
• Provide guidance, mentorship and development to staff.
• Review documents and negotiate provisions with legal/compliance.
• Participate in cross training and support other Corporate Trust roles.
