Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of related financial and/or customer relationship management experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• CCTS Certified Corporate Trust Specialist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with all levels of customer relationships.
• Responsible for accurate/timely setup of issues on all systems and preparing accounts for compliance review.
• Resolves complex administrative issues and provides support to senior level client staff.
• May provide support to clients outside assigned group.
• Operate independently to service the client and resolve complex/unusual issues.
• Provide day-to-day support to institutional/corporate trust accounts including billing, transactions, and compliance items.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and represent the team in ongoing projects and efficiencies.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff, especially the Associate Relationship Manager.
• Recommend and submit new business for approval by the new business committee.
