Responsibilities

• Interact with all levels of client relationships.
• Prepare accounts for compliance review and respond to compliance exceptions.
• Resolve complex administrative issues and support senior client staff.
• Provide day-to-day support to institutional trust accounts including billing and payments.
• Operate independently to service clients and resolve unusual issues.
• Mentor and guide staff, especially assigned associates.
