Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of related financial and/or customer relationship management experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• CCTS Certified Corporate Trust Specialist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with all levels of customer relationships.
• Responsible for accurate/timely setup of issues on all systems and compliance review.
• Resolves complex administrative issues and supports senior staff.
• May support clients outside assigned group.
• Operate independently to service clients and resolve issues.
• Provide day-to-day support for institutional/corporate trust accounts including billing, fees, transactions, and compliance items.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and represent the team in projects.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff, particularly the Associate Relationship Manager.
• Recommend new business for approval.
• Price business based on account structure with Business Development.
• Review legal documents to ensure operational mechanics.
• Collaborate with corporate legal and compliance on document provisions.
• Cross-train to learn other Corporate Trust roles.
