Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a Corporate Trust Specialist to support a group of clients with trustee relationships in a remote, part-time role. You will interact with client staff at all levels, prepare accounts for compliance reviews, and resolve complex administrative issues.

Responsibilities include day-to-day trust account support, fee processing, transaction facilitation, and collaboration with legal/compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of related financial and/or customer relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with all levels of customer relationships.
• Resolves complex administrative issues and provides support to senior level client staff.
• Provides day to day support to existing institutional/corporate trust accounts including billing, fees, transactions, and compliance items.
• Work with corporate legal, compliance and outside counsel to negotiate document provisions.
• Participate in cross training to learn other Corporate Trust roles and provide support as needed.
