Job summary

Integra is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across corporate functions. You will partner with business leaders to deliver high-quality talent aligned to project needs, build pipelines, drive recruiting activity, and ensure steady progress on open roles.

The role demands ownership, proactive sourcing, and clear communication to meet tight timelines. You will manage multiple openings, coordinate next steps, and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience supporting corporate functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience in agency recruiting and/or highly proactive in-house sourcing environments strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success building candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, outreach, and networking.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and partner effectively with field leadership and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies for construction and project-based roles.
• Recruit across a range of roles including information technology, accounting and finance, sales, human resources, and operational support.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, direct outreach, networking, and market mapping.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical and behavioral fit, ensuring alignment with role requirements and project needs.
• Provide structured candidate feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Manage multiple open roles simultaneously, particularly during periods of increased project activity.
• Drive hiring activity forward by coordinating next steps, ensuring timely movement through the hiring process.
• Maintain consistent and proactive communication with hiring managers, providing updates, pipeline visibility, and market insights.
