Qualifications

• 1–2 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to source and engage candidates across multiple channels.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop accurate, engaging job postings and selection criteria.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
• Pre-screen and engage potential candidates, sharing our company story and culture.
• Interview and evaluate candidates objectively, ensuring a consistent and inclusive hiring process.
• Maintain and optimize recruiting channels to ensure a steady pipeline of talent.
• Track recruitment activity, open positions, and key hiring metrics for reporting and strategy improvement.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitor talent strategies.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to meet hiring goals and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
• Jump in to support special recruiting projects and initiatives as needed.
