The role combines strategic sourcing, compliance, and employee relations in a fast-growing tech environment.

You will manage ATS, liaise with agencies, drive strategic hiring metrics, and oversee policy updates, benefits benchmarking, and onboarding improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; professional certification preferred.
• 7+ years in Talent Acquisition and HR with senior/generalist experience.
• Experience in government contracting environment and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, including job descriptions and negotiations with agencies.
• Screen resumes, conduct first-touch screenings, and build pipelines for passive talent.
• Manage ATS and vendor relationships; ensure compliant dispositioning.
• Partner with department heads on organizational design and performance management.
• Drive HR process improvements, onboarding, and policy updates.
