InterSystems in Boston is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition partner to shape hiring across engineering, sales, and corporate functions. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio, partnering with senior leaders on hiring strategy rather than simply executing requisitions.

You’ll drive sourcing strategies, build trusted relationships, and ensure interview readiness while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for sales roles and partnering with sales leadership preferred.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of technology landscape and candidate motivations.
• Experience in agency, corporate recruiting or both.
• Curious about business and talent impact.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced global environment.
• Commitment to quality and candidate experience.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent across functions.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and leaders as a trusted recruiting partner.
• Ensure interview readiness and conduct interviews professionally and efficiently.

• Manage offer process from reference checks to acceptance.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand priorities and market insights.
• Deliver an outstanding experience for candidates and teams.
