Integra Mission Critical, LLC. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across corporate functions, partnering with business leaders to deliver high-quality talent aligned to active project needs.

The role focuses on proactive sourcing, building pipelines, and driving recruiting activity in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. The successful candidate will own candidate pipelines, manage multiple open roles, and maintain strong communication with hiring managers to ensure

Qualifications

• 5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience in agency recruiting or proactive in-house sourcing.
• Demonstrated success building candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, outreach and networking.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and partner with field leadership and hiring managers.
• Experience recruiting across multiple locations and labor markets.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Define role requirements and hiring strategies with managers for construction and project-based roles.
• Recruit across IT, accounting/finance, sales, HR and operations.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines via proactive sourcing and networking.
• Screen candidates for technical and behavioral fit.
• Provide structured feedback to hiring managers and drive timely progression of candidates.
• Manage multiple open roles with shifting priorities during peak activity.
• Coordinate next steps and ensure movement through the hiring process.
• Maintain proactive updates with hiring managers on pipeline and market insights.
• Navigate high-pressure, fast-moving environments with direct stakeholder communication.
• Execute targeted sourcing strategies and refine searches by quality and market conditions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
