In this advisory role, you'll balance speed and quality, champion diverse talent, and influence hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency and/or corporate environment.
• Proven ability to influence hiring leaders and serve as a trusted talent advisor.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, and recruiting technologies.
• Experience recruiting in healthcare, medical device, life sciences, engineering, or technology environments.
