Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process and partner with hiring managers on hiring needs. The ideal candidate will source and engage talent, manage multiple searches, and provide a strong candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.

Responsibilities include coordinating all recruiting stages, defining candidate profiles with managers, building talent pipelines, evaluating candidate fit, and driving process improvements to offers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Assess candidates’ experience, motivation, and fit with role requirements.
• Track recruiting activity and identify bottlenecks in process.
• Support offer strategy and process improvements.
