Job summary

SK hynix America is hiring a Corporate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, supporting a new Indiana manufacturing site. You will partner with hiring managers, build candidate relationships, and help establish onboarding and recruiting processes.

You will leverage Greenhouse ATS, manage requisitions, and ensure compliance with compensation laws while contributing to a growing talent acquisition function in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business/HR Management or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in relevant industry.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strategic networking using LinkedIn and social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers and build lasting candidate relationships.
• Establish recruiting processes, tools, and best practices for a new Indiana site.
• Provide compensation data to staffing for headcount requisitions and offers.
• Use Greenhouse or similar ATS to track progress and report.
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates for future requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal compensation laws.
