Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX subsidiary, seeks a Direct Labor Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for complex roles across technical, manufacturing, and corporate functions in Fremont, CA. You will partner with leaders to build pipelines and deliver high-quality hires while advising on market trends and workforce planning.

The role requires a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, advanced sourcing skills, and experience with enterprise ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of progressive, full cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions including technical/engineering, manufacturing, operations, IT, finance, HR and other corporate roles.
• Ability to manage the full recruiting lifecycle: intake, requisition launch, sourcing, assessment, interview management, offers and onboarding handoff.
• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and direct outreach to engage active and passive candidates.
• Ability to build pipelines for high-volume, recurring, specialized and leadership hiring needs.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruiting compliance practices; experience with Workday or similar.

• Serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner for end-to-end recruitment of complex and critical roles.
• Partner with hiring leaders to develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines.
• Assess candidates and deliver high-quality hires that support organizational growth.
• Advise on market trends, workforce planning, and hiring best practices; ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
