Job summary

SK hynix America seeks a strategic HR Business Partner (Manager level) to lead people architecture for new AI/Tech organizations. You will drive organizational design, headcount planning, and executive onboarding while collaborating with engineering leadership and US/global HR teams.

This high-visibility role sits beside engineering leaders to align talent strategies across borders and enable rapid, stable growth.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years as an HRBP supporting engineering, AI, or technology teams.
• Demonstrated experience building or scaling new teams or organizations.

Responsibilities

• Design org structures for new AI/Tech teams and establish reporting hierarchies.
• Lead workforce planning and headcount strategies for new orgs.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit senior and specialized AI/engineering roles.
• Develop onboarding programs for leaders and teams to accelerate productivity.
