Job summary

SK hynix America is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the human resources team across the employee lifecycle. You will assist in coordinating recruitment activities, processing payroll data, administering benefits, and maintaining HR policies and compliance records.

The role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and effective cross-functional communication in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Onsite in Indiana, collaboration with global teams is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR or related field.
• Minimum 1 year HR experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data handling and documentation.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills; authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation structures, salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive programs.
• Track headcount and labor cost metrics for workforce planning.
• Assist payroll and compensation processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Administer employee benefits enrollment, changes, and communications.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, payroll data, and personnel documentation.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and status changes.
• Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local laws.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the HR team as needed.
