Job summary

SK hynix America is expanding with a new manufacturing operation in Indiana and seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical roles. You will partner with hiring managers and build lasting candidate relationships to establish recruiting processes, tools, and best practices for the new site.

Responsibilities

• Create robust strategies to recruit and source technical and non-technical roles via job boards and social networks.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, screen resumes, and deliver data-driven summaries for hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews, manage logistics, and act as bridge between candidates, hiring managers, and HR.
• Provide/review compensation data to staffing for headcount requisitions and offers.
• Use Greenhouse ATS (or similar) to track candidate progress and maintain reporting.
• Maintain a network of candidates for future requirements with regular follow-ups.
• Interpret local, state, and federal laws regulating compensation; ensure compliance.
• Support the team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Job Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator , you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for both technical and non-technical roles — from sourcing to offer to onboarding. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and build lasting candidate relationships. You will support the establishment of the talent acquisition function at a new manufacturing operation in Indiana and help build recruiting processes, tools, and best practices for the new site.

Responsibilities:

• Create robust strategies to recruit and source technical and non-technical roles by utilizing job boards and social networks.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, screen resumes, and deliver insightful, data-driven summaries to hiring managers to support informed decisions.
• Schedule interviews, manage logistics, and serve as the bridge between candidates, hiring managers, and HR, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
• Provide/review compensation data to the staffing team for headcount requisitions and offers
• Leverage Greenhouse ATS (or similar) to track candidate progress, manage requisitions, and maintain accurate reporting.
• Actively maintain a network of candidates for future requirements, following up to keep your candidates in the loop and maintain lasting relationships.
• Interpret local, state, and federal laws regulating compensation practices; ensure company compliance with all regulations.
• Provide any additional support to the team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business/Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant industry.
• Business Acumen: knowledgeable in current and possible future policies, practices, trends, technology, and information affecting their business and organization.
• Superb communication (spoken and written), problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Skilled in strategic networking — both in-person and via LinkedIn/social platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering results against measurable hiring or business objectives.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SHRM (SHRM-CP) or HRCI (aPHR/PHR) certification, or other HR-related certifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
