Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting for ~8–10 open positions in the manufacturing division.
• Source and identify qualified manufacturing and skilled labor candidates.
• Build pipelines via networks, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Screen candidates against position requirements and experience.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records in an ATS.
• Provide updates to hiring managers on pipelines and progress.
• Develop strategies to fill hard-to-fill manufacturing roles.
• Support recruitment activities during the contract assignment.
