Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX subsidiary, is seeking a Direct Labor Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruiting across multiple functions in a high-volume environment in the US. You will partner with hiring leaders to shape sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, assess candidates, and deliver top hires that enable organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Five+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting in high-volume environments.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions including technical/engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, IT, sales and HR.
• Ability to independently manage the complete recruiting lifecycle: intake, role calibration, requisition launch, sourcing, assessment, interview management, offers and onboarding handoff.
• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and internet outreach to engage active and passive candidates.
• Ability to build sustainable talent pipelines for high-volume, recurring, specialized and leadership hiring needs.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting workflows; experience with Workday or comparable ATS.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment requirements, compliance, data confidentiality and proper documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding handoff.
• Assess candidates and deliver high‑quality hires that support growth.
