Albertsons Companies is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple lines of business from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation. You will partner with business leaders and HR to build pipelines and innovative sourcing strategies.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, excels in data-driven decision making, and champions diversity and an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to source, screen, and hire diverse candidates across multiple functions.
• Data-driven mindset to influence hiring decisions and strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication to market roles internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, white-glove candidate experience from application to hire.
• Partner with business leaders and HR to develop recruiting strategies and pipelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends to inform recruiting solutions.
• Educate and train internal clients on processes and best practices.
• Build relationships with candidates, business leaders, and cross-functional HR teams.
• Handle a requisition load of 10-15 requisitions in multiple business verticals without compromising service quality.
• Influence hiring managers and act as a brand ambassador for ACI.
• Demonstrate strong comfort in creating, delivering, and negotiating offers.
• Be a talent strategist who thinks innovatively and works to improve processes.
• Exhibit a strong sense of urgency in all recruiting activities.
