Job summary
Albertsons Companies is seeking an experienced Enterprise Talent & Program Leader to design and govern enterprise-wide talent management, leadership assessment, succession planning, and related initiatives. You will partner with HR and business leaders, translate data insights into actionable recommendations, and drive cross-functional programs while coaching partners to strengthen talent capability.
The role requires 7+ years in talent management, a related degree, familiarity with systems
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience leading or implementing talent and performance management programs.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; Master’s Degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with systems thinking and/or design thinking.
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.
- Strong influencing, communication, and collaboration in a matrixed environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, execution, and improvement of enterprise-wide talent management programs.
- Drive cross-functional programs with disciplined program management.
- Serve as trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on talent philosophy.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Develop tools and assessments for leadership decisions.
- Coach HR partners and leaders to strengthen talent acumen.
- Partner with business units to assess talent needs.
- Provide expertise across broader talent portfolio and peak-cycle operations.
