Job summary

Alcanza Corporate is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple locations. You will partner with business leaders, develop recruitment strategies, source and assess candidates, manage the candidate journey, and ensure a strong talent pipeline while maintaining compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and several years in full life cycle recruitment, with healthcare/research experience a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business, or related field and 4+ years’ related experience or equivalent combination.
2+ years' experience in full life cycle talent acquisition is required.
Healthcare or clinical research recruitment experience is required.
Prior experience with physician recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end talent acquisition process and partner with business leaders.
Lead development and execution of recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
Source, assess, and engage top-tier candidates and manage the candidate journey from posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with managers to define role requirements and success profiles using market insights.
Monitor KPIs and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and long-term goals.
Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and HR policies.
