Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor employment law, training, business or related fields.
• 3-5 years HR experience with consulting, culture, performance management, training, investigations, compensation and benefits, change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead people-related strategies to drive Associate Experience across business units.
• Partner with HR leaders to implement Talent Management and Total Rewards strategies.
• Drive organizational change through culture assessments and change management guidance.
• Support succession planning, talent reviews and development planning for clients.
• Engage in recruiting with diversity objectives and leadership selections.
• Coach leaders on HR programs and ensure policy compliance.
