Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Senior Director of Compensation to lead the strategy, design, governance, and delivery of enterprise compensation programs across the organization.

The role partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to align compensation with objectives, market practices, and regulatory requirements. You will drive program design, analytics, and pay equity initiatives while coaching a high-performing team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Experience designing and administering executive, leadership, and broad-based compensation programs.
• Experience leading compensation strategy, governance, market pricing, job architecture, analytics, and pay equity initiatives.
• Proven ability to advise senior leaders and influence compensation-related decisions.
• Strong analytical, financial and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise compensation programs for executives and broad-based employee populations.
• Provide compensation guidance related to executive compensation, hiring, promotions, and retention actions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to HR Partners on compensation and job architecture.
• Oversee salary structures, market pricing, benchmarking, governance programs.
• Lead a team responsible for compensation analytics and market intelligence.
