Chief Industries, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for its brands in a collaborative HR environment.

You will partner with brand HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, attract and evaluate candidates, conduct interviews, and extend offers within company guidelines. This role emphasizes compliance, candidate experience, and building strong pipelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through onboarding.
• Partner with HR and Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs and strategies.
• Create and post job ads on job boards and social media.
• Source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, referrals and networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Extend offers and negotiate compensation within guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and ATS records.
