R-V Industries is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead the recruitment strategy across the company and its divisions. You will work closely with the Director of Human Resources to attract, identify, evaluate, and hire qualified talent aligned with our mission and values.

The role spans skilled trades, engineering, manufacturing, operations, and leadership, with a focus on building proactive pipelines and an improved candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across R-V Industries and divisions, from workforce planning to onboarding.
• Partner with the Director of Human Resources and leaders to identify staffing needs and develop strategies.
• Consult with hiring managers to define requirements and success factors for roles.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Identify workforce gaps related to growth, turnover, and skill shortages.
• Create targeted recruitment strategies per position, department, and labor market.
• Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive experience throughout.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing, evaluation, and selection practices.
• Strengthen employer branding and maintain presence on recruiting platforms.
• Oversee ATS usage, compliance, and recruitment documentation.
