You will partner with Human Resources and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop recruitment strategies, and build robust talent pipelines while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience (3–5 years).
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Experience recruiting for professional, technical, manufacturing, skilled trades or leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through candidate onboarding.
• Partner with HR and Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
• Create and post job advertisements on boards and networks.
• Source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone/virtual/in-person interviews, and coordinate interviews.
• Administer pre-employment assessments and background/reference checks.
• Extend offers and negotiate compensation within guidelines.
