Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for Service Center and Shop locations. You will source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and manage the iCIMS workflow with hiring managers.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 2 years of recruiting experience; experience recruiting mechanics is a plus. This is a fast-paced role with regular interviews and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting Mechanics preferred and ability to build candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for Service Center and Shop roles from source to offer.
• Analyze recruiting processes and implement improvements.
• Manage iCIMS-based interview and hiring workflow for requisitions.
